Parkovyi Data Center took part in the international forum Rebuilding Ukraine: Security, Opportunities, Investments in Bucharest, where, together with Romanian and European partners, participants discussed Ukraine’s reconstruction in the security, economic, and digital sectors.

During discussions on digital resilience and cloud infrastructure development, participants focused on practical approaches to ensuring the continuity of critical services under wartime conditions. A separate topic was the initiative to create a joint national cloud ecosystem – the Digital Sovereignty Alliance of Ukraine (DSUA), which brings together leading national technology companies to strengthen information protection in the interests of the state and business.

Oleh Haiduk, Advisor on AI and Innovation at PARKOVYI Data Center, joined the discussions. In his speech, he outlined the key cybersecurity challenges in the context of hybrid aggression and highlighted effective approaches to protecting digital infrastructure.

It is not only about technical tools, but about building a comprehensive architecture of trust, from the user level to state registries and critical infrastructure,” said Oleh Haiduk.

Another key topic was Russia’s cyberattacks as an element of hybrid warfare and the need to strengthen the protection of critical infrastructure. In parallel, dedicated meetings were held with Romanian and European colleagues to discuss potential joint projects in the field of digital infrastructure and cybersecurity. Ukraine’s experience, shaped and tested by war, is increasingly becoming a foundation for strengthening digital and cyber resilience across the entire region.
